The New Brunswick Association of Real Estate Appraisers/Association des évaluateurs immobiliers du Nouveau-Brunswick is seeking:


Commencement date:  April 1, 2019        Position:  4 days/per week – hours from 8:30 to 4:30

The Successful Candidate would be required to:

  • Organize and attend Board of Directors and committee meetings
  • Organize, attend and take minutes of teleconferences and meetings
  • Deliver and maintain the Association’s programs, policies and procedures
  • Maintain the Association’s and Affiliate databases and membership records
  • Promote the Association and provide and process information regarding registration to practice
  • Liaise with other professional associations and stakeholders
  • Assist with the enforcement of the Association’s Act, By-Laws, Policies and procedures
  • Manage the day to day affairs of the Association

The Successful Candidate will possess:

  • A post-secondary education background in business administration, office administration or an equivalent combination of training and experience
  • The ability to work independently and have proven initiative and organizational skills
  • A valid driver’s licence
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point and Sage Accounting programs

The following attributes would be an asset:

  • A background in real estate appraisal or similar discipline
  • Prior experience with non-profit organizations
  • Knowledge of Word Press
  • Written and spoken competence in English and French. Please state your language capability.
