Continuing Professional Development Requirements

To remain in good standing, NBAREA members must comply with continuing professional development requirements. These requirements include:

• Completing the Appraising in New Brunswick webinar within 12 months after becoming registered, and once every four years thereafter  (once every second CPD cycle). 
• Successfully completing a review of CUSPAP (for AIC members) or USPAP (for CNAREA members) every two years. 
• a minimum of 24 CPD credits every two years (including Appraising in New Brunswick and CUSPAP or USPAP)
• be in compliance with the CPD requirements for your affiliated national association (AIC or CNAREA)
